The highlight of the Sunday Farmers Market was meeting these too little cutties that sell sprouted seeds. I got a few on her recommendation and I am so excited about having discovered this. There is a periscope video that below and you can see how passionate this guy is. Ill be back next week to try and get his name.

SPROUTED BEANS SALAD
The gal gave me some ultra simple ideas that have been tested by me and so good, but then again I don’t have children to feeds soo I don’t know how successful these would be, if you try please let me know.
- 1 cup of sprouted bean mix
- 2 table spoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Braggs Liquid Aminos
- Sprinkle of Olive Oil
What to DO:
Mix all together. Serve room temperature.
Any left overs need to be refrigerated with a breathable lid. Very important
Sprouted Onion and Avocado Fresh Treat.
This reminds me when I was a kid sometimes a treat my Tias or Mama would give us a rolled up warm tortilla, the real tortillas not the packaged ones with a sprinkle of salt or slice of avocado.

Simple.
What you’ll need:
- Sprouted Onions.
- Avocados
- Sea Salt
- Lime
What to do:
Pit the Avocados, Squeeze the lime on the avocado, for texture I like it even when I can see pulp. Sprinkle your salt to taste. Drizzle the sprouted onions over the avocados and pow, Mami you got yourself a tasty treat.

FENUGREEK
“You will smell like maple syrup” she said and I don’t have a picture of those because I ate the whole bag but here you go!
