Agua Fresca de Jamaica + Kombucha.
A little lovely twist on the refreshing Agua de Jamaica. Pictured is JAMAICHA in it’s second fermentation phase. Here Kombucha is allowed to ferment. The mix is 80% Kombucha to 20% jamaica (hibiscus). This jar may be a little to large for this but we shall see. In the meantime bottoms up!
